This is a Raycast extension that allows you to monitor your system's CPU, Memory, Disk and Battery usage.
❕ You can toggle between free and used display modes for CPU, Memory and more in Preferences.
❕ You can customise the menubar dropdown text in Preferences. Hover over the textbox to see what tags are available for each module. There are two tags that are always available: <BR> adds a linebreak, and <MODE> shows "Free" and "Used" depending on display mode.
The 10-second background refresh updates CPU and storage without starting external programs. Memory uses the same macOS accounting as the Memory tab and updates when you open the menu. Between openings, the menu-bar title keeps the last Memory value. Network, temperature, and battery work the same way. These values remain unavailable until the first user-opened collection.
❕ The I/O rate on the boot volume's pane comes from iostat, which reports combined read and write throughput — macOS does not split the two.
