Toggle macOS background sounds on and off.

Commands

• Toggle Background Sounds: Toggle macOS background sounds on and off.
• Change Sound & Volume: Opens System Settings to download new audio tracks, change audio track and change volume.

Help wanted

It would be great if we could choose which sound to play directly inside Raycast. However, I couldn't find a way to do that. If you know how to do it, please let me know. Plists are a pain to work with...
